Constant in All Other Things: Two Series Covers
Added 2025-04-22 19:03:41 +0000 UTCHad a little time to mess around with Canva today, and mocked up two series covers. I think I'm leaning towards the 'femme fatale' one, but I've got a soft spot for the David and Cindy side-by-side one, it's one of the first images Fraylim gifted me.
Which is your preference?

I think the femme fatale's the clear winner. I think you've identified a weakness with the story as a whole, though - we don't see enough of David in the past - which is crazy when you think of how long the story is! Maybe something to consider for the final edit, someday.

2025-04-25 06:13:48 +0000 UTCLate to the party, but I agree with choosing femme fatale. I really like Julia's terminology when calling the David & Cindy image "modern heiroglyphics"... but the image feels incomplete or unbalanced because the story spends so little time in David's guise.

2025-04-25 06:06:45 +0000 UTCWell both are great choices. Fem Fatal is hot and even has the gun from the first chapter, but C&D is pretty much the synopsis in modern hieroglyphics. I'd vote Fem Fatal because its a butter front cover pic. Fraylim has Cindy's eye candy appeal captured perfectly here.
