Hi, I'm telling you, I had a rough day today. A little while ago I went to take out the trash and it had rained and the trash can filled with water. I tried to get it out but I couldn't, leaving a trail of trash. It was so heavy, A LOT. I couldn't lift it and had to drag it. It was the first time in my life that I almost fainted. According to GPT chat, it was hypotension due to overexertion. I saw dark blood vessels, cold sweats, and I felt sick. I had to sit down several times just to have the strength to walk. Apparently, I was close to fainting.
I know I need to start exercising and getting a better sleep cycle, and maybe this was a sign, because most of the time you just depend on yourself and there's no other option.
If I don't post tomorrow, maybe I went to the doctor. I'm fine now, just in case.
