Hi, I remember when I watched the anime I wanted to continue the story in the manga, but I got a spoiler about Yukine, and I got sad and didn't want to read it. I didn't remember that until they asked me for this character.
I did it with his jacket and scarf at the beginning like they asked. I couldn't get the fluorescent eyes effect, and I couldn't even edit it. I think I could do it as an img2img with a focus only on the face. I'll look for a tutorial or reference for that.
