Hi, I finally made Oreki Houtarou. He was the only character on my list this month that I had yet to complete. The track field theme was perfect, as was the Aqua Hoshino soccer-themed one.
I was going to make it a special post, but since there are only three days left in the month and it'll be moved to the premium section anyway, I made the exception of including it as a standard post this month.
