Hair in the world of 3D is a world by itself, it depends on the style and context, hair can be created in one way or another, I thought a lot about how to create this hair, except for the braid, the rest is limited to a strand and a " helmet" hair up, so I opted for traditional modeling
All the first part of the process was to guide me through the reference images, and see how it adapted to the head, adjust and continue modeling, modify the drawing creating more lines to better guide me with the topology, and it was quite useful, I will surely do this more often in the future
There is no more mystery in that part, with that process I did most of the hair, but now something that worried me came, the braid
In my head I couldn't give it a shape to recreate it in 3D, not a pattern or anything
I thought of several options but I decided on the most sensible and logical, search on YouTube
I found several tutorials but I was guided by a specific one, this time I want to leave the link to give credits since it helped me more than it seems: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0fnIfR8EDqE
Made the braid, I imported it into Liah's model, I cut it and began to modify its thickness since it is not a uniform braid, but with the shape already created it was very easy
I incorporated it with the correct rotation, the fall is not totally vertical, I did it like this thinking about the rig
Model the... what binds the tip ?) and the tip itself and that's it, it's time to give it a texture
