Each pair is a team, so in theory the top 2 teams are going to play. There's some overlap, however so if #2 contains someone from #1, we'll move on to #3, etc., down the line until we have two teams.
Special guests from the audience will require an additional selection process which will probably delay things, but we'll cross that bridge when it happens.
