Surprise! New Character out of nowhere!

I had a dream earlier this week, which is pretty unusual, I usually don't remember them and since I tend not to get enough sleep my actual dreaming time is cut short to start with. Anyway, in this dream there was this character who had become a meme or something, so every time I had a poll on who to draw for things you guys would always pick her. She had an abnormally complicated design and took forever to draw, so I decided to get out of it by staging a robbery/hostage situation at the restaurant supply store. Listen, these things usually don't make sense.

Anyway, this is her, Mepara Midnight. In my dream her outfit had all kinds of gothic-lolita style lace on it, but it didn't make sense (her skirt kept changing length) and that's what made her a pain to draw, so it's gone. Anyway, I kept the rest more or less, she's a goth girl with lilac hair, and a feathered dress that's sort of sparkly. She's named after a line of silverware, thus the restaurant supply conspiracy comes full circle.

In-universe I think she's an entertainer of some kind - the dream didn't cover that - Musician/singer is the easy answer, although I also thought she could host late night B-movies, a bit like Elvira used to. And for a more unusual option she could be a magician, that kinda works too.
