Who has Partied Too Hard?

All the girls who have friend groups we know are here - I was going to use the suggestions to pare the list a bit, but it's not necessary, this will work fine.
If you want the all new character it's going to take more time because we'll create her through polls, and I need to start polling right away.
Friend groups are: Miyuki-Lyta-Clarissa (if Miyuki wins this is the group, otherwise she's a clothed - somewhat - third member of the others)
Selena-Sunny-Raven (who isn't on this list because she's supernatural and could un-party herself at will if she wanted too).
Akiko-Nikki-a third person and I'll cross that bridge when we come to it.
Kelly-Vanessa-Miyuki
Emily-Sierra-should be Ronnie but I'd probably just sneak Miyuki in again. She is a ninja and therefore sneaky.
New character would join Miyuki-Lyta-Clarissa.

If that doesn't happen this time (looks unlikely atm but in theory still could) then I'm thinking I'll bring it back later, but we'll start right at the beginning of the month so there's more time to do it.
