I'm still figuring out if I'll delete it entirely or rethink how it will be in the next semester.

I don't think it should be a regular fanart event, or more specifically I think if you do it it should be ad-hoc stuff based on trends on social media. Stuff like that Colour Wheel or the various strip games are popular at the moment, before that there was stuff like artists having their characters wearing virgin killer jumpers. I think stuff like those will get more engagement.
