[merch club] missing rewards form!

i will be posting some updates later tonight, but i wanted to address missing rewards or rewards that have not been received yet. for those of you who are missing any rewards, please let me know which ones you are missing through this form.
i wanted to compile any shipment issues into one place, because patreon's system for managing this isn't working out well for me (i'm not kidding, i have a lot of missing addresses for whatever reason), and with some problems with the post returning some rewards back, i want to get this sorted out properly once and for all.
for this month's reward, if you did not place an order for the alt rewards, most likely they will be sent out this week, and those who placed an order for alt rewards will be sent out next week, as i'm still working on the catradora postcard artwork.
thanks everyone for your patience! hoping to round updates and rewards out properly in the following months once this issue is sorted out.

a list of rewards was requested as well! an album of the 2020 rewards are in here, but if you have any concerns at all about any rewards in 2019, please message me.
