Here's a WIP of Caitlyn for next month, and now we're gonna vote on how kitted out this captive cop is. I've provided a base image (#1) so you can see what it looks like unobstructed, and an options image (#2) detailing the placement of the available options.
The vote will include options for Elbowcuffs, Anklecuffs, and a Buttplug
Acolyte tier can vote, but may only choose one option
Patrician & Familia tiers may vote yes/no on all options
Familia votes have 2x power
This might result in the least, some, or all options with many combinations.
Voting will be distributed in individual polls like last time.
Voting will run for approximately 48 hours.

I can't be bothered to tally the votes because every 'Yes' was a clear winner in every single vote division. Caitlyn gets all the restraints.
