NEW Cloudy day added.
Cloudy - Modify sunrise and sunset color temperature、sky color、ambient light & environment shadows
New cloud settings and cloud shadows
Rain - Fix and adjust cloud layers
Overcast - Fixed problems sun and skylight failure.
- SG Roads Update：
rebuilt to support GTAonline mode
-Urban roads are 70% complete
-Overall 40% complete
-Parallax mapped roads 28% complete
-Suburban & Highway (not started)
- TEXTURE：
New HD license plate texture
-A complete set of generic textures
New vehicle generic glass windows texture
-Remove green and HD window frame
Reduce tire texture reflection intensity in rainy day.
Remove vanilla sun flare textures

Motion Blur added strong and small amount options
Optimized the performance of X2 Draw Distance.

Fixed an issue with ENB settings causing incorrect weather effects
