Thanks for this episode! Lis is truly a gift, doing the work for your self is so inspiring, I just wanted to say that we see you! And appreciate what you bring. I love the way kev holds space for you in these vulnerable times. What lis said about being broken and a fixer upper was truly a mirror to myself! I recently have been learning about perfectionism and how it’s the thief of joy. I hear lis speak of imposter syndrome and that’s also I part of perfectionism. I’m sure she’s familiar with all these terms! LoL so I’m not sure why I’m writing it, but I has helped me a lot. Perfectionism is a lot more than what I thought it was and it can show up in a lot of areas of life. I wrote all this to also say, we would love to see lis on ODH! and zoomin with the homies! Feeling whole my take a lifetime, don’t let that steal the joy of new experiences! We rock with lis and whenever you ready, we gone pull up!💕
