I'm new to the right pack family, and just catching up on everything. And this is right on time for me. My 12 year old is going through changes that I don't feel equipped to handle and I've really been thinking heavily on putting my daughter in therapy. She balks at the idea but I'm willing to do whatever it takes, to make sure she is the best version of herself. So this was just empowering for me. Keep it up....
