Clearly she would have remembered the older "Young Master"!!! Also, I don't think she took Yo-han's side against the minister because her heart was on his side. I believe it was strategic. She knew as long as the Minster had her file, she would keep trying to blackmail her. So, she saw the opportunity to remove the threat by making the Minister's herself untrustworthy in front the of the entire country. For me, Seon-a's character has been the best part of this drama.
