Speaking of their IRL interactions as part of Starship, they were together on a Starship X Game Caterers with idols and other actors. You might have watched it already though, but if not it is definitely worth watching (they were even on the same team there😅).

He has mentioned that his parents are people who can just throw their child away and also the mom has mentioned that her son likes sushi so Sa-eon needs to like sushi too. That along with the missing orphans side plot are hints at that. The theory of the kidnapper being their son is when he says he knows Sa-eon better than anyone else suggesting it is because he is the real Sa-eon.
