The corresponding patch was distributed quietly. You'd have to look at the forums or something to notice. Not at all.
It's not like the product itself has been updated and it's fixed when you download it.
It's like, "Please apply this script." Well, I didn't care about the accuracy of the genitals because I wasn't too concerned about it.
I searched for an update since it was related to the request. I thought it should be there.
