We are truly sorry for this inconvenience I totally understand that you are not liable for these inconveniences. So we will make it up to you fairly. As you have paid and you shouldn't face these issues so we will make proper and fair arrangements and management for this month (November Membership)
Also we have a very small team and one of our team members is had their baby recently and major delay was due to wedding of our sister in Nov End! So we were kind of engaged there.
This time for us is so much overwhelming, and we are grateful for everything and every support that you guys have provided. Thank you for your patience and hopefully you will love this upcoming update from today onwards.
