Desktop Buddy: Decker V0.2

I made a few substantial quality of life updates in both the user facing elements and the back end code, so, fingers crossed, this version should be a little more user friendly.
I was going to write a list of the changes, but it's probably more fun to let you find them out for yourselves, at least at this stage, before things get complicated.
I'm almost happy with the existing aspects, so the next update should be a major one and will probably take me a bit longer than this one, but let's see how I go.

*PS, There (still) appears to be a bug where on the very first time you run the .exe file, if you get a black background(ie; cannot see your desktop behind Decker), restart the application to (hopefully) fix the issue. You may need to press Alt+Tab and set the Desktop Buddy app to the active window to get to the buttons, or just close it with Task Manager or what ever). I'll fix this in the next build.
