Today's map is inspired by a quest I've had the pleasure of running in the past. As it often happens, allow me to share a quick narrative hook to provide you with some intriguing lore about these maps.

About the Map

Picture yourself on the outskirts of a bustling town. Here, poverty and labor are the order of the day. This corner of the city abruptly ends at the entrance to a cavern. Over time, this area has transformed into a secondary market, thanks to its considerable distance from the city's well-guarded core. It's a place where all sorts of items change hands, often with less oversight than you'd expect. The pungent odors hang in the air, deterring most from venturing further into this area.

For our Travelers tier patrons, you'll soon discover that descending into these sewers might not be the wisest decision. Not only do you risk succumbing to the thick, foul-smelling fog that pervades the area, but you'll also notice that everything here seems strangely...clean.
There are only a few makeshift stands, a circular clearing, and rickety wooden platforms that have seen better days, all surrounded by the murky waters.

You can access the market area either by descending a ladder or by navigating through the cave's winding passages. Regardless of your choice, it quickly becomes evident that the locals are watchful and seem strategically positioned to be well-informed about newcomers.

Soon, you'll discover the reason behind the presence of so many beasts in this underground market—a peculiar mystery given the circumstances. Well, that is until you learn about the clandestine fights that take place here. Will you venture into the pit or have an encounter with Miss Leea, the undefeated beast tamer, and her exotic Flaming Wolf?

Our Adventurers and Citizen tiers on Patreon will also have the opportunity to explore the mine entrance area and uncover the hidden entrance to the sewers. This walled sewer gate is surrounded by a chaotic row of staslls and goods that might be there just to confound the unwary. Visiting this place after nightfall is not recommended, for reasons you'll soon discover.
