CHANGES. I'd love to know your opinions.

Hey folks!
Thank you so much for being here! I know some of you are with me from the beginning, and I can't be happier!

However, In the last weeks, I've been thinking a lot about this page.

I realize that for how much I intend to make a living with my art, the format I've chosen is not resulting as appropriate as I thought in the first place.

So, I'm thinking about applying some changes in the structure that I HOPE will also be a step in your direction.
In the late times, I've decided to keep my arts as a main occupation. It is still a long road, yeah, but it hasn't been THAT clear, till today.

So, what's happening?

I'm thinking about changing the billing method in Patreon in a Monthly subscription instead of a "per creation" one.

Why?

I have realized that, no matter what, I'm a creator and a player. So, as mentioned above, I'll be dedicating a big part of my time and efforts to this project, this means I'm ready to cover a standard monthly delivery rate of 2 maps, 3 in the better months!

Moving to the monthly mode, I will be able to make clear what "cost" packages will have. A subscriber won't be confused anymore, especially if they forget to set a monthly limit.

What will change in detail?

What's the scope of all this:

1- A fixed Subscription-price is easier to understand. You have no clue how many people did question the "per Creation" mode.
2- A way to offer better pricing, more accessible to people.
3- Push me to make more maps :P

What will change in terms of deliveries?

Nothing, I guess. If you think about it:
For each delivery

So in a month, you will get from X2 to X3 the above rewards.

Ok, that was a lot of reading, but I really want to hear your opinion.
I have extended this poll till the end of the month, hope to hear from you!

Thank you!

Comments

Fixed-price is definately easier to wrap my head around. Especially if you have a change of pace throughout the months.

Thank you so much for your feedback! Please feel to share more opinions if you feel too. I'm very open to any suggestion. I'm kinda new in Patreon, and the only thing I know is that I want it to be fun and easy for my patrons and for me too.

The fixed-price model is always easier for me to wrap my head around in terms of budgeting, so I'd definitely prefer it.
