Monthly Script Poll (April + May) + Health Update

I was getting a cancer screening due to a chronic skin condition I've had since my childhood, and was hospitalized for some testing, so I got too sidetracked to stay on top of polls ( I am fine and relatively healthy now, it was something else, luckily ! =) )
