PHOTO: Laura Jane is an Australian dancer who I had the pleasure of shooting with some years ago. She is an astonishingly talented dancer who has performed all over the world.
As she explains in her latest IG post, she first came to yoga for the benefits she felt in her body. But like many others, she discovered the benefits in her mind and spirit were greater still. She is now studying to be a yoga teacher so she can help others connect to that wisdom within themselves.
