COW FACE POSE: It is an odd name for a yoga pose, but it is a great stretch for tight shoulders.
Most yogis can’t even get their hands to meet the first time they try it. Most have to use a strap to try and get the hands as close as possible. Then with patient practice they inch them closer and closer over the months, or even years.
It is important to understand that we are all built anatomically differently and some poses are going to be much more difficult for some than for others.
