Check your local Freecycle pages and things you'll be amazed at what people are giving away.

The house looks beautiful, I suggest asking in home shops if they have any return cans that are still good especially of the black, you would be surprised what you can get at a discount if you ask. Remember the worst they can say is no, but also let them know that its your first home together and it would be an amazing house warming present and welcome gift from them as a business.
