So, the next scene will be about a medical scene. Here's a quick draft I made.
I imagine this as the more mature and serious sim I've ever made. Gonna try to build a proper CFNM scenario, with no jokes and very severe.
Now it's time to vote for details.
Option 1: Female patient who goes to the gynecologist and punishes the irresponsible doctor.
Option 2: Female urologist who punishes a new perv patient.
On both options, the nurse will play as a switch. After getting her punishment, she will also put over her knee the male patient/doctor.
