I started Patreon a few months ago hoping to build a close community and give more exclusive ASMR content for the people who wanted to support me monetarily. It was my way of adulting, you know?
But honestly, managing Patreon alongside YouTube and life has been tough. My mental health and depression took a toll, and I put way too much pressure on myself, which led to burnout.
Burnout feels draining emotionally, physically, and creatively. I love ASMR — it’s my baby — but sometimes I just don’t have the motivation to film, and that’s been confusing and hard.
So I’m shifting Patreon into a chill “support me” space — sharing behind-the-scenes photos, polls, shoutouts, and other fun perks when I can.
This change is to protect my mental health so I can keep making real, quality content for y’all.
Whether you stick around or decide to cancel, I totally understand. There’s zero pressure to stay subscribed. Your support — paid or free — means the world to me.
