2024-12-04 00:22:06 +0000 UTCHowdy! A muscle-growth NPC is planned, but in the backlog at the moment. They'll likely have mechanics similar to what you described. An equine like you described could be fun, although I'm never going to include a teenage character in any of my adult games.

He could grow from absorbing cum, f***ing the MC or muscle worship, or something like that. That idea was swirling for quite a while, because the MC is the main target of different transformations in the game.
