Just a side story idea: It could be on Taun, Hedon or the evil sea lab: An abnormal guy with a very thin and frail body, who is even smaller than the protagonist in every aspect wants to be filled (anally). His mutation allows him to turn spunk into muscle ans size. He will grow over time (with every action between those two). Once he reaches a certain virility/size he is only interested in muscle worship and orally filling since he is big enough to carry our little fox easily while f***ing him simultaneously. He could grow power mad which leads to a bad end too or wants the MC to bring him more admires and worshipers which leads to further growth. I don't know maybe this is a nice idea or not.
