"Story Mode"

With Build 119 and the completion of Domoy, I now feel like it's a good time to start working on FOXXX's main narrative. This will introduce an entirely optional "Story Mode", with new characters, lore and scenes!
--But don't worry! Anything added to the game while I work on "Story Mode" that isn't explicitly tied to the mode will be accessible from both modes, and in addition to being completely optional, you'll also be able to switch between "Story Mode" and "Sandbox Mode" at any time. There'll even be difficulty settings, for if you want to experience the main story, but at a more leisurely pace!
With all that out of the way, what would you like me to work on first?
Revamped ship - New sections added to your ship, existing zones fleshed-out, with a focus on introducing spaces for your crewmates to do their jobs. This would also expand the shipyard and allow you to directly upgrade and repair sections of your ship, which would in turn effect moments during the main story.
Better clone system - Respawn scenes that differ based on the type of bad-end you suffered, better focus and tracking of body changes due to repeated cloning, features inherited from bad endings, "phantom pains", and a new clone-tracking number tattoo'd to your throat, rather than just a number on the wall.
Extended intro - An expansion to the main intro that allows you to spend more time on Vulpis and learn more about the planet and its culture. It'd take place over a 24 hour period prior to your banishment, and there'd be options for how you pass classes, cheat, "cheat", and some more context about what your great grandfather did.
Generals - Adds a quest to each planet, wherein you can ally with them. Upon doing so, however, you'll soon be met by one of the antagonist's generals, who will attempt to give you a genuine GAME OVER themed around the kink of the planet you just recruited.
The Antagonist - Adds a timer system, which counts down to the arrival of Thökk, the revenant come to destroy you. When it hits zero, he arrives in the system and the final section of the game begins. This can result in either a good ending or a GAME OVER (for you AND your crew)! Be warned that if this is voted for first, you won't be able to win until the Generals are added; it'll be a guaranteed fail state after a certain number of days!

Have you ever considered of using an other game mechanic? Sanctury in Time (https://novusoperandigames.itch.io/sanctuary-in-time) for example has a building mechanic, where you can recruit and build your followers (in muscle, fat, height, etc.) and challenge different enemies. It is similar to your current style (as a text game) but it has more different choices for the player. It is just an idea- maybe for a future project ;)
