Build 100 - "Karnivora Pt.2 & Save Compatibility"

It's time for the 100th build of FOXXX! The major change in this one is the addition of save compatibility. You can use older saves, saves from the Demo, etc, and they'll work! (Unless they don't—please report any bugs!).
There are plenty of other goodies in this update as well!
