Update 9 - Patreon-only WIP 5

Thank you for your patience. Here's the fifth work in progress build of update 9.
A couple things worth mentioning:
- I'm expecting more bugs than usual in this WIP. Between the Park rework, 100 new character sprites, and 12 new pieces of music, this has been a BIG one. I've run a bunch of tests, especially on the Park content, but I'm sure to have missed something.
- You may have noticed that this post is "Update 9" instead of "0.9". I've decided to change the naming convention so that it's less misleading, since quite a few people seemed to think that the update after 0.9 would signal the end of development. I hope this resolves some confusion people were having.
