Yea, it's Suga-coded because this is originally his song, which he released as Agust D from his first mixtape where the song originally featured SURAN for the vocal parts. For 2017 FESTA (Celebration leading up to BTS Debut anniversary), they released the Jin & JK version. Then, the vocal line performed it at the final WINGS Concert.
