This was their hardest and most demanding dance at the time. i couldn't imagine flinging my body around that hard multiple times a day just for practices

Their choreography was one of the most difficult among other idols during that time. They also used to record their dance practices and pause on random timeframe to see if the position of their hands or feet are similar and practiced with untied shoelaces to prepare for random accidents or wardrobe or mic malfunctions on stage. Of course their songs and dances are also great now and they give the best performances but there is something about their old songs that 2013 ARMY like me misses.
