Theres multiple reasons they arent allowed to take photographs with fans especially if they are gonna be in a specific area for prolonged periods of time. 1) its just simply part of their company rules especially when filming content, Music videos or in this case a show. 2) it puts them at risk safety wise, since they are going to be in the area for a while, if it spreads they are very very likey to get mobbed by fans. Which is seen a lot when fans catch wind they are going to be in even a specific airport, they get yanked and pulled. As much as i hate to say it, some fans can be very very aggressive. Its never that they dont want to take photos with fans but that it is a company rule. BTS take photos with fans all the time, when they arent filming content.
