I really enjoy this reaction. You loved it like we did. I understand that you felt drawn to the vocal line first, because that's what happened to me, I didn't even like rap before BTS. OMG I LOVE THIS. Finally u guys reacted to Hobipalooza. You should DEFINETILY check out the lyrics to all of his songs (albums' names are JACK IN THE BOX and HOPE WORLD), they are just amazing. Guys the title of the song you were looking for so much is (HANGSANG). The Hangsang performance was easily the most memorable of the night. The way the crowd was singing the chorus back to him so loudly was amazing. About "Chicken noodle soup" , J-Hope made a remix to the original song chicken noodle soup. He was planning to add this song to his mixtape hope world, but the person he wanted to colab with wasn’t able to make it, so it never made it to his mixtape. He wanted to do a colab with becky g for a while now and I'm so glad that he was able to get want he wanted. Both becky g and j-hope grew up with the song chicken noodle soup and they decided that it would be a good idea to remake the song. J ĦØ₱Ɇ🐿🔍⍤⃝🔎

THIS WAS SUCH A MID-WEEK TREAT! THANK YOU!!! Some of the songs you were REALLY feeling were "Blue Side" (the one with the guitar), "Hangsang" (the 'get down at the club' one lol) and "Outro: Ego" (the one that sounded like an anthem where you saw the sign language interpreter) by the way! Some other fun facts, Hobi was the first Korean artist to headline Lollapalooza... it was actually a very stressful time for him as there was a lot of pressure and he had been on a fast-track of promotion for the release of 'Jack in the Box,' so Jimin actually flew out for the performance and was with a special VIP section above the stage to support his brother. They did a Weverse live together afterwards. I encourage you to listen to his Jack in the Box, Hope World and HOPE ON THE STREET, VOL. 1 albums (the latter came out after the Lolla performance, btw). "Outro: Ego" (has a music video) and "Just Dance" (the one he talked about performing 3 years ago on the BTS tour) were his solo songs from BTS albums! This performance from Hobi was indeed ELECTRIC!! I remember my friends calling me up after it was over, friends who are not ARMY, telling me how cool he was and how great the performance was. j-hope is an ace performer, he can honestly do it all! Loved this reaction!

When you actually think about it, Jimin was present for all the members, except Jin, because of the military. Suga-D DAY CONCERT V- Music bank RM- the indoor mini concert JHope -This JK- we saw that in ARE YOU SURE. I think, this one of the reasons we loooooveeee Jimin. He is just thoughtful like that.

So this was the first time a Korean singer headlined lalapoloza once it was announced it was insane how fast it got SOLD OUT I think 100k people ? I’m not sure of the exact number but it was insane . And he was the first of the members to do a solo concert . This is the alter ego named “Jay” ofc he performs songs as Hobi but he adopts this iconic alter ego like Agust D (suga) during solos and it’s mind blowing . You would also enjoy the other solos . I completely understand wanting subtitles to connect with the songs more, I’m the same way:) That’s one of the reasons I’d recommend subscribing to the Patreon channel Enjoy BTS More. It’s super affordable, only $1 monthly (according to Google, I have a different currency) and it has everything translated into English - full concerts, documentaries, movies, variety shows, Bangtan Bombs, fan meetings, etc. A lot of reactors I follow use it. I’m hoping the next concert you react to is Yet to Come <3 Enjoy BTS More has an entire collection for it with 21 videos (the entire concert, movie and all of the performances). But the best way to watch it is the full concert, and not the concert film, because some parts are missing.

I listened to Hope World so often from 2018-2022, it was years between when we first got the EP and when he finally performed those songs live :) we were all so excited about it on twitter. Fun to watch this with you guys! I was at this concert, and it was absolutely, crazy fantastic - truly a top 3 concert moments ever - right up there with seeing BTS themselves in LA and Michael Jackson or Elton John/Billy Joel in concert back in the 80s/90s. J-hope worked himself to the bone preparing for this concert; he lost weight, wasn't sleeping, and was the first BTS member to do a solo performance. He was asked to do this as a headliner when the original artist backed out, was the first ever Korean solo artist to headline any major US music festval, and the first artist period to headline Lolla. Lollapalooza is the OG music festival, too. My brother actually attended the very first one in 1991, back when it was a traveling festival meant to be a farewell tour for the band Jane's Addictionn. Now it is permanently in Chicago's Grand Park. Attending this concert was my first Lolla ever. I was looking for this post with the tracklist from the concert. :-) Clarifying album titles, though, because these are slightly incorrect. They are: Hope World (2018), Jack in the Box (2022), Hope on the Street vol. 1 (2023), plus the singles 1verse (2015) and Chicken Noodle Soup (2019) that used samples of other songs, and the collab "On the Street featuring J. Cole" released in March 2023 (there is a non-collab version on his Hope on the Street vol 1 album as well). Someone else mentioned the upcoming song with Don Tolliver (produced by Pharrell and specifically created for use during the Louis Vuitton Fall 2025 Men's Show earlier this month) - song is called "LV Bag." J-hope has also announced new music is coming in March, and he was in LA working on it just two weeks after being released from the military. He posted pictures of himself in Blake Slatkin's studio.

I am sooooo happy you reacted to hobipalooza! I have jhope as my bias, and since this was the first show solo of any of the boys, it has a really, huge, big special place in my heart. He sang songs from Jack In The Box, Hopeworld, a little of the Cyphers and his solos songs on BTS. Commenting a third time lol because I have to say.... a lot of these songs from Hope World were performed for the first time EVER during this performance after years & years!! of ARMY loving and streaming them. At this point they are quite confident, I'm pretty sure he knew army will be there, but not so many. He said mostly as a joke "what if only a few armys are there and it's mostly empty" behind the scenes, I think most artists have that thought/fear for a second before an important performance. But I'm 100% sure they never actually believe at this point that they would perform somewhere and no one would show up, they know in how many minutes their concerts are sold out in presale.

Guys, if you want full subtitles for any concert please go to Enjoy BTS more Patreon page. She has full subs, lyrics and talking parts. Permission to Dance on Disney also has that tho, but the Amazon Prime Yet to come concert is not complete on Amazon, they cut a lot of the speeches. On Enjoy BTS more tho you have many other concerts, the solo BTS members concerts too, the travel series , live performances with subs and so on.

Well, there's no doubt that J-Hope has a great, electric energy. The fact that he gave us 150% of himself during the whole concert is incredible. A lot of artists needs people on stage or backup dancers to encourage public and fans, but Hobi did that all by himself for most of the time. I can't get over it. Honestly I've watched it multiple times and I smiled like a dummy all the time. Im so proud of this guy, he's really incredible and he deserve more attention. Not only can rap, not only can dance and sing. The energy that he's sharing with all of his fans is so sincere. There's no other artist like him. He was born to be a performer. I loved your reaction as always. Seeing you enjoying so much every single minute of the video left a warm feeling in my heart. People like Hobi when he's on the screen but not so many of them actually want to give this boy more attention. And there you go - watching whole 1h+ concert, vibing to every single song. Thank you!

I was at Lollapalooza for Hope and he did such an amazing job. There were so many locals in the crowd that didn’t know who he was and it made me so happy to see them having a good time at the concert. Hi guys, I've created a compilation video for SUGA's concert (D-DAY Tour). I was there and it was amazing! JHope broke the record for most ticket sales in Lollapaloozas entire history. The weather was perfect in Grant park on Lake Michigan with the skyline surrounding the park. It was beautiful. PS SEB Jimin flew into Chicago the night before to give JHOPE some moral support. When I heard Jimin was there I was freaking out because I was sure Jimin would perform something with him but he didn’t. He was just there as a friend. 🥹 I still can’t believe I was less than a quarter mile from Jimin! 😂

The first song is 'More' from his album 'Jack in the Box' I hope you guys check out the MV for it Also just recently he performed a 10min stage in Paris. He performed 3 songs 1. 'On the Street' his solo collab with his idol J.Cole🔥 2. 'More' which was amazing to hear with the live orchestra and the crowd's energy🔥🔥 3. so guys, the lights are called "ARMY Bombs". to carry a lightstick is a trend in kpop community which recently has been adopted by western artists as well (like taylor swift and coldplay light wrist bands) and each kpop group has a uniquely designed lightstick. you can find this on weverse shop (official store to purchase bts merch from) or from other army sellers. lmk if you need more details on this.

idk if anyone has told you but the light sticks are called "ARMY bombs" and they usually go for $100+ AUD, there's a few versions but atm the newest one is version 4. You can connect it to your phone via bluetooth to change the colours. However, at concerts there's a "concert" setting where it links them all (that's why at their concerts and in lives you've seen cool rainbows and stuff in the crowd)

Fun fact when singing Safety Zone he was pointing up at the left side of the stage and Jimin was standing there, initiating that Jimin is his safe zone. Jimin also shed a few tears after the performance bc he was so proud. Hobi was nervous as hell bc he literally thought only a few armies would come 😭
