Lol it'll take forever to finish all those shows, so no rush/pressure to finish it all quickly...I also recommend watching some of the funny bts compilation vids, but I recommend sticking to ones specifically requested by army, cause if you try to just search bts try not to laugh on your own, you'll get a lot of videos that won't be that funny to you because they have a ton of jokes that only make sense to Korean speakers, so non Korean speakers are just confused lol. Some good channels for these are SugArmyy, kookiestaetas, borntoslay, kookies and cream, Fandoms unite. A good video to start with is called BTS being extra AF in America

What I think is that you need to watch more mv’s and especially read and understand their lyrics before watching shows like attack on bangtan and run bts because if you are able to understand their emotions and connect with them through their music ,only then you would be able to enjoy the shows just like us ! Get to know them more ! I feel like you haven’t yet connected with them enough to watch the shows yet ! Watch their concerts,mv’s ,live performances , interviews! Trust me you would be able to to enjoy those shows so much more ! I promise ! When you watch run bts and attack on bangtan not just as their fans but as their best friends ,that is the best thing in the world! You will see the real them in those shows ! Get to know them more , you won’t regret it ! For me I started with the bangtan bombs, went down a rabit hole of watching all of their lives, listened to all of their music and then by the time i started watching run bts and bangtan gayo it was like watching a vlog of your closest friends playing games and being stupid and funny

I recommend the series (as well as the deleted and bonus scenes for every episode) to my friends and family who don't even know them, for the incredible story. If RM's "Wild Flower" ,Suga's "Haegum" or "Amygdala," and JK's "Standing Next to You" have been suggested, and surely Jimin's would be"Who" and "set me free", my point is, why suggest "Singularity" for V? All the others' recent songs have been suggested, but not V's. I'm not saying I dislike Singularity but there's a significant time gap between it and the others. So you guys know, RUN BTS and Rise of Bangtan should have no problems being put onto youtube. As they are originally fully on youtube. With Bon Voyage sometimes it works and there's no issues, but you are likely to get blocked as it is a pay to watch show on weverse and so shouldn't be reposted fully on youtube, and has made issues for youtubers before.

The Rise will equip you with a solid ground moving forward. You can't miss this as educated ARMYs. - The RUN BTS episodes took off in Aug 2015 as no producers in their right mind were willing to risk giving a precious TV spot to a nameless bunch of overly confident, wholesome, and happy boys. So, BTS decided to do their own thing via a live channel of their own. The episodes were mostly filmed during breaks between world tours, recharging and uplifting the boys' spirits in their rigorous work, not to mention amongst the hate, sabotage, jealousy, and discouragement coming from competitors and antifans. - BON VOYAGE in my very humble opinion can wait, no rush. A series IN THE SOOP, on the other hand, is to be treasured and depicts the boys' time away in the midst of the COVID pandemic of two years.

Just watched your carpool karaoke video - I think if you want to get to know the guys and their personalities more and just have a bit of fun and laughs, RUN BTS is the best way. I think maybe start watching in order but you don't have to watch all of them, you can skip a few since like others are saying, it is literally years and years of content

one thing i would note is to not do run bts in order, as i find that most reactors stop reacting pretty soon after as the beginning was filmed so many years ago and they were still finding their way (so it can be a bit boring at times). i’d recommend doing a poll or smth like that to determine which eps to react to!

At this rate, I would suggest that if you're doing RUN BTS, Please DON'T start with Ep1 or you'll finish it in 3-4 years like the other channels and even lose interest eventually after watching consecutive episodes that are hard to understand. Better to pick the highest recommended ones first like the Flying Yoga etc. Watching it from start is a big commitment.

Run BTS is an absolutely hilarious show, but you should go in order from the very first one - there are a lot of episodes, but they are worth it! This way you can get to know the characters and personalities of all the BTS memebers, understand their interactions as friends and brothers and just enjoy the damn funny games. You'll be surprised that world stars as big as BTS can be so simple, so dorky and crazy in a good way

The members try flying yoga in it. - Mini Field Day: The members compete against each other in different challenges and disciplines. - TV On Air: In this episode, the members become youtubers/entertainers. Each of them prepare their own segment and entertain other members. Each of these episodes is in two parts, so make sure to watch both, if you choose one :)

I’ve been looking at the comments and I agree. I don’t know if you guys know that Run BTS is a free show on YouTube given to us by BTS. This might come out a bit harsh but I don’t think I want to pay you guys for reacting to content that I’ve been receiving for free by BTS themselves for almost 9 years now. It wouldn’t be fair for us. It’s on YouTube and I’ve seen reactors watch and react without getting copyrighted (someone can correct me if I’m wrong). But if some episodes are for some reason, then of course they can be posted on Patreon. So, if Run BTS wins then I think it should be posted on YouTube. it was a difficult choice to made but the Rise of Bangtan series is really good and will help you to understand BTS roots, how everything start and give you an insight of not just the BTS world but also into the kpop world in general so is very complete, be aware that are over 20 episodes so far and I am pretty sure the person who create this series will be adding more episodes real time depending on what other news or content is released from Hybe and BTS but meantime you can complete this series and then moving forward with the Run BTS series ( you'll have a good laugh with this series hehe) and Bon Voyage as well.

also! if you do end up watching run BTS, it’s a bit of a complex show; so i’d recommend maybe doing some polls to see which episodes ppl want to see in particular? especially because the show is filmed in “segments” like a theme for 2-3 episodes, so it’s not necessary to watch in chronological order or from the very beginning :)

Exactly. We as a fandom always had- still have- each other's back. Those armys who had access to these shows, always streamed and gave us link so we could also watch with them, cause they know not all of us can watch legally, we watched every single paid shows because of those kind armys. My point is, those armys doesn't asks us for money but some reactors asks money for their "reaction". It's okay if they post it like early for those who pay but they should post it free after 3-4 days. I may sound rude but seriously idc.

But if you do run please ask for polls or specific episodes,since the first few are really short! Also I would love for you to continue exploring more mvs and lives as they are the main content! I would highly recommend as a first episode. Episode 97-98 “Pajama Party”, Episode 33-34 “BTS X Manito.” (P.s. I understand everything you say, and I didn't see comments about voting, but I didn't read all of them 😅. Shiki made a list and they were mentioned (I like him too but I don't agree with his method)- so maybe that's why. Their anime channel is not that big, but it was very easy to target correctly this poll (if it will be paid content, make it visible only to people that pay). Otherwise, from millions of youtube views, everyone wants something else, yeah. I never seen this phenomenon ever indeed, I thought maybe they invested in some promotion on youtube to help the algorithm, and that's why it was so sudden. Once you enter the algorithm, it can go fast. If they are serious about making this a part time job or something, they will recover fast and make some decisions, cause it's a good opportunity. If not, honestly it's not for them 🙂 I'll keep my fingers crossed for them to do some quick thinking, they have solutions to this mess, the comments are not that different honestly. And next time target the questions better in my oppinion.

I also agree that they should definitely let us know something. But I have never seen reactions get so big so quick like this before. Hell I'm overwhelmed. I don't think their anime channel is big like this. Or as demanding. So many people telling them to do something and most of it is different things. I agree with most of what you say, but this happened because of their limited communication. They should have clarified if Patreon exclusive means paid (wich I assumed it is the case), or free on Patreon. If it is paid, once they ask for the general oppinion (including people that don't pay and are unable to pay also), of course it created some chaos. So unless they plan to make it free, they should know how to post stuff when they want oppinions. They also have an anime channel including Patreon, so they know how this works. That's why I think if they are overwhelmed, it's kind of their fault. They have over 1M views on at least one video on youtube, of course it will be difficult in the comments 🤷🏻‍♀️

I don't really know who makes such big money out of sponsors, but maybe I didn't watch who you watch. Usually it is quite difficult to attract sponsors that pay well - as a reactor, with no original content. They are not really big influencers. Maybe there are exceptions you know, but in general it is hard, most of them have a Patreon also, or just do it as a hobby, not as a job.

That gets copyrighted too sometimes, what Aneesa used when she made that series, these days gets blocked in some episodes. The copyright is a bit more strict than it was back then (she edited a lot, but still has scenes from music shows, paid shows like bon voyage and so on). But this vote was for Patreon exclusive anyway, unless they decide differently.

Guys, how many reactions per week are you planning to post? For subscribers, and even for nonsubscribers, we all need transparency. There should be a schedule at least both on Patreon and on YouTube. Dont just keep saying coming soon without a target date. We dont know how soon is soon. Also, please start with the basics if you really want to deep dive into BTS, start with Rise of Bangtan first. It doesnt need a poll. It is a must to watch all chapters of it. Then next after that, do a poll that would include all their shows like Run BTS, Bon Voyage, In the SOOP, and their earlier shows like Bangtan Rookie Channel, American Hustle, etc. Dont flood us with polls then have us wait for what seems like forever. Be transparent and let us know what we are paying for. Be specific with times and schedules and number of contents per week. Dont keep us guessing when and what. That is your obligation as a creator, and that is very basic.

If it’s free content, like an MV, something fan made like Rise of Bangtan and compilation videos, it’s best to upload it on YouTube. If it’s paid content like Bon Voyage, In the soop, the documentaries and concerts on Amazon Prime and Disney for example, it’s better to upload it to patreon. It’s really annoying (in my opinion) when creators get free content and put it as patreon exclusive, early access it’s ok, but you should eventually upload it to YouTube.

Run bts is VERY long I recommend doing ride of bangtan so yall can learn more about the group and their beginnings and hardships. It definitely makes you respect them more. Run bts is a very fun variety show but it’s mostly very goofy and that’s where you kinda fall in love with their personalities. Bon voyage is similar to run bts but I think it helps you see how they live together as brothers and family.

Not that it should be exclusive here but ARMY will only support those things under a lock that is paid content that can’t be uploaded legally on YT. Both Rise and Run BTS are free content. In terms of watch order it has to be Run BTS before BV. That way you can see them develop.

But since it is a fan made series (an amazing one) and free on YT with bonus and deleted scenes, it should be on YT as well. Bon voyage and other series are paid for series I'd understand if you make them patreon exclusive. Also, ARMY in X app is spreading your good and wholesome reaction from YT and so far ARMYs are loving it! HEADS UP!! To be fair, no , it isn't actually. On youtube even with ads, all the money goes to BigHit/BTS, as all the music and shows are copyrighted. So the only options are to just do stuff for free or find a way to make money. There are not many people that want to do this for free, and I think people really have an issue reading other people and get dissapointed after. I like these guys so I don't want to sound negative, but it could not be clearer that this is a side-gig/part time job for them. They may enjoy it, but would not do it for nothing. Since you were there from the start, a simple youtube search would show you their anime channel that was connected to their other Patreon, and maybe that would have heped you to have realistic expectations. As I see it, they will still post stuff on youtube, but in order for people to pay for content, you have to give them some exclusive content also.🤷🏻‍♀️

Just keep in mind going into Run BTS it can be chaotic and hard to follow at times so I wouldn't take it too seriously and just sit back and enjoy the members interacting. They often cheat or stab eachother in the back to win and it is purely meant to be entertaining. It can also be hard for new fans to understand what's happening on a first watch as every episode is different and the members have some rapid fire rapport with one another at times lol

I understand now that you are just trying to protect those who are unable to purchase from Patreon. It’s not a luxury everyone can afford and I understand that. As I’ve said, it would be ideal if all content was free to everyone. I understand that making content isn’t as easy as everyone thinks, it takes time and editing videos is hard work! I’m happy to pay to keep the videos coming but yes, ideally as much available for free as possible. But as we all know, not everything can be free. Even we have to pay to watch BV, some concerts etc. But I also respect those that cannot afford to and find this content elsewhere online. I’m not 100% sure of the reference but I read somewhere that a fan was watching MOS illegally and that Jimin said to them not to worry or punish themselves. Let those who can afford to subscribe and keep it running, and those who are unable to also enjoy the content, perhaps available later on YouTube? It’s the best suggestion. To be honest I noticed Rise of Bangtan started having copyright issues. It feels BigHit and/or other sources are more strict now. LVLUP is a reactor that started TROB on youtube but some episodes are on Patreon (for free) because of copyright stuff. It uses MNET stuff and other music shows, those can also be an issue. So it could be somewhat justified. But Run BTS is not fan made, is official free content, with no issues... I guess we'll see what they decide

I also pay and I would see it anyway, but it would take forever to finish and I feel Patreon should be for copyrighted stuff, concerts and other shows that can't be on youtube. The Rise of Bangtan actually has some copyright issues at the moment, it was made a while ago and Big Hit and other sources became more strict recently, so many reactors have half the episodes on yt and half on patreon (free), because they got blocked (LVLUP is one example if you wanna check). So The Rise of Bangtan could make sense on Patreon, Run BTS with 156 episodes, should go on youtube for sure.

In my opinion, it would be smarter to start The Rise of Bangtan first ( 21 eps + bonus and deleted scenes) and then start Run BTS ( over 150+ eps ). Also, The Rise of Bangtan is a really well-made docuseries that showcases who the boys are and gives some insight on how the Kpop industry works which further shows the journey of how BTS came to be who they are today. Run BTS is better to just watch some episodes--there is no need to watch it all. I'm not sure why people are voting for Run BTS as it just isn't a plausible thing to watch as a reaction video. There are over 100 episodes!I don't think they will have a hard time understanding--its just so long. But there are for sure some key episodes that it would be great for you all to watch. Rise of Bangtan is a docuseries made by an army. The original creator made it no longer available to watch but another army did save it on another youtube channel. It is by far the best docuseries made about BTS (better than the one Hybe made). They should've hired an army to make their docuseries clearly! And Bon Voyage is also a good option as it's a few episodes and you will get to know each member well.

Run BTS is a great show, but since it’s so long, it might be better if you could post reactions to another show alongside it and not wait untill you finish it. The early episodes are also pretty short, so you could combine a few into one video. Another option is to watch out of order, though you might miss some episodes that way.

Being army is not about hating enough the other companies. Unfortunately that is learned along the way, since new situations show up every year. The fact that she didn't mention that the other big 3 companies were behind the attacks to bts it doesn't make the series bad, it's just some info missing. And it is info that will be totally unecessary to these 3 guys making reactions. They won't vote, won't need to know about fandom wars , at this stage they just want to know a bit more about BTS's story. BTS themselves will never say bad things about other people in the industry, these things you notice and learn along the way if you really become a fan. Run BTS is a long running variety series that they have, TROB is a documentary about them, and BV is a travel show about them on vacation (4 seasons). All are really different but I think Run BTS and BV might be a little hard to digest rn, where you don't really know them that well. I say that from personal experience, because I tried both at the beginning of my BTS journey and they didn't click with me. With that said, Run BTS is good for personality. If personality is what you're after, then I would recommend a popular Run BTS episode (don't start from the beginning because as people will tell you, Run BTS took time to find it's legs). Like maybe Flying Yoga or the Photo Zone one. Ok and after all this preaching, I will say, do what you want, it's your channel 😂

I actually think Bon Voyage is a great way to get to know the guys in a candid way. You need context with RUN BTS. Rise of Bangtan is like a guide on steroids. It's super informative but if you want to GET TO KNOW the guys without much of a script, Bon Voyage is the way to go, IMO. It's super relatable too. Just a bunch of young brothers traveling on their own (for the most part) for the first time and all the chaos that brings. It's so much fun! ♥

You haven’t really learned much about BTS yet, whether it’s their music, lyrics, or the messages they convey. If you’re interested in their personalities, try watching some of their interviews, the lighter ones. For example, check out the Wired Autocomplete Interview or their solo content. If you want to pick one of the three options, go for Run BTS, but not the initial episodes, because there will be many things that might be hard to digest at first. I’d suggest starting with Episodes 126 and 127, I think those are good episodes to begin with.💜

in my opinion bon voyage should be on patreon cause it might face copyright issues on youtube idk, both rise of bangtan and run bts are not copyrighted i believe cause i’ve seen many creators react to them without any problems. Bon voyage is also the only “paid” content in the poll, it’s the only one that makes sense to be exclusive on patreon; if your youtube fans see that we are getting run bts on here and not on yt, yall might get some intense backlash (speaking for other creators who did the same 😅)

I think it's better you start with Rise of Bangtan docu. It's very well put together like a docu movie, you won't regret it guys. From BTS' start/debut and so on. It shows the discography of the boys in order, you may do a deep dive on the songs that you find interesting. Run BTS has 150+ episodes. Under each episode, every single time, people comment about any misunderstanding reactors have. And usually reactors don't stop after 5 episodes, not the many youtubers I watched over the years. So there's no chance any confusion doesn't get cleared up in the comments. The difference you want them to notice between kpop and BTS, if they don't watch RoB to at least open those subjects a lil bit, they will never ever get to that info you are reffering to. These details are important once you are really really into BTS. At the beginning level, usually people care about the main ideas and like the snippets from all the v lives, interviews, concerts. This strict "education" some army would like to give to new reactors is what usually scares people off imo.

I think rise of Bangtan would be more practical, shorter and they can learn more about the circumstances surrounding BTS' rise to fame, the roadblocks they overcame, the mistakes made and their specific impacts. Meanwhile, I love Run BTS and you can learn more about BTS' personality and brotherhood there but it has a whopping 150+ episodes and there's a lot of korean context that needs integration and understanding first.

people who go into rob as baby army come out with a completely skewed idea of how BTS fit into the kpop industry. especially if they don't pay close attention to small snippets and stop watching after the first five episode which is bound to happen for almost everyone. the creator of ROB is too biased to show the actual power structure of the kpop industry when BTS started out. which is absolutely vital to understand how remarkably unique BTS was. BTS start in the underground hip-hop scene and the corruption of the big three is not explained at all and that's the very foundation you need.

Rise Of Bangtan - 21 half hour episodes - takes you on BTS journey from pre-debut (all the old footage - invaluable for BabyARMY) RUN BTS over 155 episodes - variety show - Bon Voyage - 8 Episodes per season - 4 seasons - BTS Travel show where they went overseas and had limited funds and had challenges to complete, etc. I would start with Rise of Bangtan - AND Maybe an episode or two of Run BTS per week (they are very short to start) Once Rise of Bangtan complete then do Bon Voyage... still with Run BTS (it will take a long times to get thru all the Run Episodes - and now there is also Run JIN - so just sprinkle them in whenever you get a chance....)

First episodes are fun only for hardcore fans, otherwise not really, so they will have to pretend. If they watch all those, they will do this for over a year (optimistic) , if they don't also do music and other stuff. These shows are so much more fun if they KNOW more stuff about the members, I don't get why people are in such a hurry 🤷🏻‍♀️ And after, they are dissapointed that the reactors didn't enjoy stuff the way they expected.

Rise of Bangtan is the easiest way to understand the beginning of BTS. The little details that bother you - they bother you BECAUSE you know so much. For someone reacting now and then , like them, it will take years (wich I don't think they plan to do) - to get that info from a billion places. With RoB, in 21 episodes (they can only watch main ep if they want), in basically 10-12 hours of content you get the big picturea about so many things around BTS, you get to understand what the fans are talking about. I didn't know much about BTS or kpop when I first watched it and it worked amazing for me. In time, I could form my own oppinion about certain things, but the way the content was edited in RoB gave me so much info, I would have never ever watched some of those clips otherwise. You have to consider they need shortcuts, it is obvious they won't put 10 hours every week into discovering BTS, just sayin.

Maybe start both Bon Voyage and Run BTS - Bon Voyage will give you a deeper dive into their personalities and bond starting from Season 1 to 4 they will be travelling to another country there are many iconic moments and inside jokes which you will get to know. - Meanwhile for Run BTS as there are many episodes, you can let the viewers choose by poll which episodes they want you to watch first (Some episodes are connected like Ep 83-85 Summer Outing) They mostly play games in Run BTS so it will be a good laughter you will also learn more about their personalities. The Rise of Bangtan, if you can get the entire series. She did a great job of telling the BTS story. The first Bon Voyage is great as they haven't gotten famous so they are allowed to go abroad with only their camera crews. In subsequent seasons they travel with their staff, managers, security, and camera crew. American Hustle life is an interesting reality show. There are some truly cringy parts that I always just fast forward through, mostly in the beginning. You might find it interesting as it will give you context of some the the clips you see in other compilations that come from that show. Like kyyiiee suggested, Rookie Kings is a fun show.

I would not recommend rise of bangtan at all. the series is way too long and takes too long to get to the point. this series is for people who already have deep knowledge of BTS' history and the kpop industry, to put certain things into context. especially the early episodes misrepresent the clima of the kpop industry and BTS' role in it and the reason why BTS made it by not mentioning certain things and overstating others. it's very obvious that rob was made by a kpop fan, not a BTS fan
