I promise I'm not usually this pathetic with my workout attempts! It's really just the heat and the effort I already put in today. Two trips up and down the stairs is quite the exertion for me these days. So that's why I may seem a little out of shape in this video ;)
And don't worry, I made sure to replace just as many calories as I burned during the workout... plus maybe a few more. All that exercise really gave me an appetite, and I'm still trying to satiate it now. I'll probably end up exercising more now that I can see what it does to my appetite!
