Random Events / Bully Events

These will happen in most public places and are meant to represent the random things a person might see when walking around your own town.
I have set the current parameters so the events don't end up being to often as I imagine its going to get annoying if every time you go to a location you are presented with a random event, which could be getting in the way of why you were there.
So you can only see 1 random event a day. So if you see one at the beach, you can not see one at the mall that day.
I have set the chance of seeing an event to 1 in 12, at the time of writing this. This hopefully means that you should get to encounter the events of all the different locations without without always seeing the ones in a gateway location that you have to pass through to get to a secondary location.
I am also working on updating the bullying mech. I want this to work in a similar way to the random events. The plan is to separate the bullying event from the bully npcs.. This will make engaging with all NPCs safe. Again I am going to limit the being bullied to once per day and I am going to also continue to develop different types of bullying, what you have to give (money etc) and ways of escaping the bully.
There are also a few more things that will be coming in the next version also, but wanted to update you all on what I'm currently working on

I love random events. Especially the kind that sort of evolve over time. It adds to the replay value for me, and overall fun
