v0.4 release update progress

This is just a small update to state I am still alive and working on the next release.

I have taken the results from the last poll.. I have added a multiplier in for the patreon level of each vote.. and then totalled up each npc.. The results were that 1 NPC stood way out. and a further 5 have middle number of votes.. and then 4 more had 1 vote..

I am hoping to deliver content for the top 1 and all 5 of the middles.. and will have to see what I can do for the other 4. For anyone who go a vote I have made a note of these, as I have in previous votes and keep these on my mind.

I had sort of put in my mind a date of 4th of Nov for the next release. I am still hopeful of that.

I have been working a little differently this time.. By gathering together a collection of content, and then imagining a story around it. Story boarding and editing the media.. and then adding the code/dialogue..

I'm looking forward to seeing how this all comes together and what you guys all make of it.
