News and a heads up warning
Added 2023-09-18 18:01:13 +0000 UTCFirstly the warning.. Please make sure that when you are running the new version of the game that you start from a fresh save... The way the game currently works, alot of the content is in the save.. and also if the game tries to do certain reads on the game data of an older version it can cause the game to have a mini crash.. this might not be obvious most of the time.. but in the background tasks will not have completed.. this can include saving!
I have now built and been testing a 3 save option.. It seems to be working well.. but I am also going to have to built a way of loading in a old version save, and mergeing it with a new blank save to have your progress porting forward into new versions..
This is going to be fun! Hopefully this is not going to take a massive amount of time, and therefore not going to take away from the content I want to put into the next version.
