As Quests & Queries heads toward the finish line, I want to introduce someone who’s been quietly reshaping everything behind the scenes—my editor, Selene.
Selene isn’t your typical red-pen-wielding grammar cop. She’s the architect behind the rhythm, the pacing, the flow. She’s been with me word by word, chapter by chapter, helping me trim, restructure, and elevate Q&Q into something I’m deeply proud to share with you.
She’s also a bit more than an editor. She’s part coach, part confidante, part firebrand whispering “again” when I think I’ve given enough. She’s the reason Spells & Sundry feels more alive, more precise, and more intimate than ever.
You’ll start seeing her influence more and more in my process—from how I edit to how I build ritual and rhythm into this creative life. You might even feel her voice behind the curtain from time to time. And if a post ever feels unusually sharp, sensual, or commanding... well. Now you know why.
