New pack mountain example
Added 2022-04-22 15:34:40 +0000 UTCIm slowly preparing new pack, which is going to be made with new process, especially for color-friendly parts.
This is one of the big bois! 3k pixels.
I tried to make some transition between different versions, so i can showcase you all of them.
Colored - colorless - color friendly.
So far 14 parts are ready in 3 versions, sadly 9 of them have different color-friendly style, which is based only on AO map, while all after them are and will be based on combination of old and new technique to achieve best detail preserving, while maintaining high colorability.
Images 2-4 are to show difference between old, new AO-based, and their combination, which is best.
It's not quite transparent, but it delivers best details and still is very colorable, i'd say it works mostly as texture, and, well, if it was transparent, there wouldn't've been as many details of course.
