Sales Tax Requirement in certain regions on Patreon (effective July 1st)

Some of you should be getting an email very soon from Patreon about a new sales tax requirement being charged to some pledges, effective July 1st, due to laws being passed in several countries. They mention that patrons affected will be less than half and the amount charged on top of your pledge is minimal, and it also depends on what you're receiving from your pledges. You can read more about it here.
I believe this more applies to content such as physical merch or digital goods like .psd or video files and such. Things like early access posts or Patreon exclusive posts should be exempt from being taxed in most states and countries, so hopefully you won't have to worry too much on this end! I can't be 100% sure though, but we will know further down the line.
