Post-February Journal
Added 2020-03-02 20:48:44 +0000 UTCHi everyone! February has come and gone and it was a rough month for Patreon, but I hope you all enjoyed the content regardless! March is here now and I have absolutely nothing going on this month (other than Animal Crossing...), so I'm looking forward to catching up and getting ahead of the workload, and thus bring you all a more consistent schedule. The upload dates have been a bit off since coming back from my trip, but expect to see Nude Beach page 10 within the next couple days and My Robatsu on Friday. Then everything should be back on schedule afterwards!
It's strange to ask for feedback since only half of February had its normal content updates. Regardless, I'd like to hear your opinions and suggestions! Let me know what you think of the Nude Beach comic, or if you're enjoying the direction My Robatsu is going. The Great Katsudon Patrons also got a standalone short story with special illustrations this time, so I'd like to know if that was enjoyable too!

I did consider going a more discreet route, but I'm having too much fun with this outlandish approach, which sorta fits given how silly the premise is to begin with xD I do want to try a more intimate take on Mohinya's exhibitiony/voyeuristic adventures in future comics, and make the gags less over the top than they have been.

2020-03-03 05:10:31 +0000 UTCI'm liking the premise of Nude Beach so far (it's the one that convinced me to become a patron), though I definitely did think they'd be a bit more... how to put it, discreet. I don't see how this ends without the entire bus glaring daggers at them by the time they get off :P. That said, I'm very glad to hear that you're planning on turning it into a multi-chapter series. I'd love to see these two hang out more and grow their relationship (Somehow, I imagine nudity would be a fairly consistent theme in their outings). Overall, I think it's a setting that has a lot of promise.

2020-03-02 22:08:53 +0000 UTCOne opinion I wanted to make on Nude Beach is that the original seemed to be a lot more nuanced, sweet and suggestive, while the comic is quite (literally) in your face haha. I like both takes, and I'm very excited for the rest of the comic. Nnf, last page was 👌
