The Yoshis, really wanting to help him, but unsure how, decided to take him to their chief. The Yoshi Chief seeing Koop's distress, he knew exactly how to make this koopa feel better. Tying Koops to a large totem pole and removing his shoes, the Yoshi Chief brought a set of large colored feathers, and after just a few strokes of the feathers and licks with his tongue on Koop's feet, the koopa was already laughing
