家での仕事が少し落ち着いたので、もう少しだけ差分と次の動画作成に掛かります。

なるべくペースを戻せるように頑張ろうと思いますが、実は仕事が忙しいこと＋半年ほど前からヘルニアからの坐骨神経痛のせいで座った状態だと足に我慢できないほどの痛みがあり、寝ながらパソコンを操作していましたが、その姿勢でも足が痛くなってしまい、一週間ほどパソコンがほぼ操作できない状態になっていました。通院していましたがむしろ痛みが酷くなっていくので、それまで通院していた病院を変えて治療中です。痛みは少しマシになってきたのでちょっとずつですがペースは取り戻せていくと思いますm(__)m

Sitting causes unbearable pain in my legs, so I've been operating my computer while lying down. However, even that position started hurting my legs, leaving me almost unable to use the computer for about a week. I was going to the hospital, but the pain actually got worse, so I changed hospitals and am currently undergoing treatment there. The pain has eased a bit, so I think I'll gradually get back to my normal pace. m(__)m
