Hui-seong really does come across as kind of innocent compared to Eugene and Dong-mae. He doesn’t carry the same scars or bitterness, which makes his humor and lightness refreshing in the trio dynamic. What I also find interesting is that, even though he’s spoiled and comes from such privilege, he doesn’t actually seem proud of his background. On the surface he’s confident, playful, even braggy at times, but underneath there’s a humility and self-awareness. He doesn’t really associate himself with his family and seems very aware of the harm his grandfather has caused to lot of ppl. That’s what makes him so layered , he carries the name, but he doesn’t carry the pride of it if that makes sense.💗

( the comment was a bit lenghty). I missed Brian in this episode, he really seems to enjoy the series, so I hope he’ll be back for the next one. I also have a small suggestion. if possible, it would be lovely if you could read the comments at the start before pressing play on the episode. I just have to say I really enjoy the trio, Dong-mae, Eugene, and Hui seong. Their scenes together are always hilarious. What makes it work so well is the dynamics. Eugene and Dong-mae are natural rivals, heavy with history and tension, yet Hui-seong stands in between them with wit and playfulness, fully aware of how much they both dislike him.🤣 That mix of rivalry, banter, and ofc untold grudges makes their dialogue some of the most entertaining in the show , equal parts comedy and quiet standoff xD +
