Info about our short film Oasis
Added 2024-05-08 18:03:59 +0000 UTCOasis is the first film being created by Aspen Animation. I wrote the screenplay in 2024, and I’m thrilled to share a piece of my life through our first big project!
Logline: In 1995, a father overwhelmed by grief takes his young son on a forbidden journey into a sealed cave, their quest for adventure quickly becomes a harrowing struggle to escape, exposing his deep delusions and testing the strength of their relationship.
Medium: Will be animated in Maya, rendered in Blender, with paint overs for nature done in photoshop.
Aspect Ratio: 1080x1920 I will be releasing the film for social media, broken into parts, so will be using Instagram Reel/TikTok’s aspect ratio of a vertical shot. Expected Release Date: We are aiming to release in early 2025
