Patchnotes 1.4
- Fixed Actors glitching out during Scenes
- Fixed included Tags not being read correctly
- Fixed some MCM-Options not being saved properly into the json
- Moved MCM.json into the Definitions folder
- Fixed threads getting stuck when the animation failed to start

- Reworked actor selection algorithm
- Added advanced condition: Defeated (from Y. Kudasai)
- Input actions are now disabled while a menu is open
- Fixed mod auto-reenabling itself
- Fixed maximum actor count in scenes being larger than allowed
- Fixed some MCM settings not being read properly
- Fixed cooldowns being overwritten undesriably
